Project Title: Project Refinery & Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID), Petronas.

Duration: June 2016 – January 2019.

Scope: Civil & Mechanical Work (Package 4).

  • Device Project execution schedule based on design inputs and logic sequence.
  • Fabrication & Installation of valve pits, catch basins and manholes.
  • Lamination, installation, leak test & commissioning of 8 km AOC Line (GRE Piping).
  • Lamination, installation, hydrotest & commissioning of 2 km fire water (GRE Piping).
  • Erection & commissioning of Inergen System (Gaseous Fire Suppression System) in substations according to NFPA Standards.
  • Erection &commissioning of silo fire sprinkler system according to NFPA Standards.
    Fabrication and installation of wet riser system, dry riser system, hydrant system and hose reel according to NFPA Standards.
